The scope of services included site planning and engineering two in-line retail buildings as well as an out parcel restaurant. This site was unique in that it was being built on land that was undermined by muck, which is typical in Pembroke Pines.
Instead of proposing costly demucking, a pavement section including geogrid was proposed to provide the client with significant cost savings.
