This nearly 9 acre site included the construction of eight garden-style apartment buildings as well as amenities such as a clubhouse with resort-style pool, tot lot for children, and a dog park. Additionally, the site needed to accommodate access to another site and required significant coordination to accommodate their access as well as maintain a sensible design for the Client. Additionally, the approval process proved to be difficult with staff in place at the time. Navigating those agency relationships was key to a successful and timely approval process.
